Research & Investigations (RR&I ) is a Subsidiary Portfolio of Radcliffe
Lewis Enterprises, SP, and the terms and conditions of that firm as well as the statements below govern any terms and
conditions that we use to engage business.
1. We provide
consulting and litigation support services in keeping
with the rule of law emanating from the Constitution for the United
States of America, Articles 1, and 4 section 4, therein, as well as Amendment 1 thereof, 18 USC 3006, 28 USC 3006, and applicable
local law in the vicinity of operations where investigations apply.
2.
Our services are deemed "products".
3. We may
require you to approve an Estimate in order to continue providing
our products.
4. If you
agree, we are then retained, and you agree not to hold us
subordinate to any other consultant, contractor, or retained professional.
5. We are
not responsible for your failure or refusal to utilize any product that we provide
to you.
6. We retain
our intellectual property rights.
