Radcliffe Research &
Investigation (RR&I) came into being while its Founder operated as a
criminal defense investigator in contract with the District of Columbia Superior
Court. It became quite evident that many
clients were simply not aware of their inherent rights, and too many attorneys
were all too willing to accept the capitulation of such clients in litigation
proceedings.
This certain unawareness was
ambiently evident, not only in matters of criminal law, but also in civil
affairs, trade, and political discourse. Expansion of services available to
such criminal defendants became a mission in the interest of civility. Most
members of the public however do not appear to comprehend the impact that
certain facts and perspectives can have on their personal affairs.
As a Firm founded by a veteran of
naval heritage, RR&I also remains vigilant in assuring good governance
respective to honest services in the preservation of individual liberties and
rights acknowledged by cohesivity doctrines of free States, both within the
United States and without.
