INVESTIGATE TO GET THE FACTS    

RR&I is a full-service litigation support agency.  Our expertise is geared toward providing research, investigation, and fact-strategy consultation regarding litigation issues.  As a militia exempt organization, we are unique in the field of investigative services, as we hold initiating authority in investigations conducted.

In keeping with our Disclosure Notice of 22 SEP 2006, we provide six areas of investigation related activities as follows:

Level of Investigation

Description

Field Inspection

Visiting a specified scene and reporting back on what was observed.

(This is a passive inspection that does not including interaction with sentient entities on scene, and does not include measurements or detailed inspections of dimensions and phenomena that are not readily observable and in plain view.)

Skiptrace

The carrying out of compulsory service of documents notifying adverse and other parties of pending hearings and other proceedings, as well as investigative activities specific to fulfilling such tasks only.  The Firm does not make a determination as to what documents require this compulsory process.

Witness Interviews

Engaging one or more periods of interviews with available witnesses to obtain information vital to a pending proceeding. 

Legislative Affairs Related Activities
To include General Research, Research Reports, and attendance to legislative conferences, and, or hearings, and generation of derivative reports there-from as to what occurred.
Crime Scene Investigations

Visit of a specified scene and engaging actively in the taking of various measurements, searches for particular evidence and witness, and taking of measured evidence, and completing a detailed report thereto.

Investigative Oversight and Surveillance

Active polling or prospecting of end users of government services to determine efficacy of government policy.
